Refunds and cancellation
First subscription payment
Request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your first subscription payment. No reason is required. Email support@nerdit.si from the account email and include your receipt or transaction reference. Do not send card numbers, banking passwords or a PIN.
Accidental renewal
Request a refund within 7 calendar days of an accidental renewal if you have not used new paid AI generation after that renewal. We check the receipt and technical usage records. For a duplicate charge, defective service or non-delivery, contact us even outside these windows. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies always remain.
Cancel renewal
Sign in to Nerdit, open Plans, then choose Cancel renewal or Manage billing. Cancellation stops future renewal and retains the already-paid period. After that period, your account returns to Free and saved study material remains available. If the cancellation screen fails, email support@nerdit.si before the next renewal. Cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions.
Receiving a refund
Approved refunds are processed through Dodo Payments to the original payment method. Provider and bank processing times vary; an instant credit is not promised. A refunded period no longer supplies paid access. Outside these windows, partial-period refunds are not routinely offered except where required by law or approved for a service problem.
AI limits before purchase
Every plan is subject to up to 30 generations an hour, one generation at a time, source/output size limits, and 6 provider calls per minute / 60 per hour per account. One job may make several calls. Shared website AI safety caps are US$1/day and US$20/calendar month (UTC), including speech, with a separate US$0.25/day speech sublimit. New AI pauses for all plans when a shared cap is reached. These are not personal credits or guaranteed capacity; saved study and existing audio stay available. These shared limits may interrupt new AI even if you have not reached your own account limits. Review them before buying; paid access does not bypass them.
